Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the Salon Suites Intensive (“Program”). By purchasing access to the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Program Access
The Salon Suites Intensive is a live, in-person event. Specific dates and locations will be provided upon purchase. Your registration includes access to in-person sessions and a private online community.
2. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. We offer a Pay-in-Four option through third-party providers such as Afterpay and Zip Pay. Participation in these payment plans is subject to approval by those services. We do not control the terms or eligibility requirements of Afterpay or Zip Pay and cannot guarantee that you will be approved.
Payment confirms your spot and is non-transferable. Your enrollment is not complete until your payment is successfully processed.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
Failure to attend the event
Scheduling conflicts
Dissatisfaction with the experience
Personal or business emergencies
If you miss the event, you will not be refunded or credited for future sessions.
4. Non-Transferable Access
Your purchase is for your personal use only and may not be transferred or sold. You may not give or sell your spot to another individual.
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event or online community who exhibits disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
6. Media Release
By attending the event, you grant Salon Suites Intensive permission to use photos, video, and audio taken during the event for promotional purposes.
7. Changes and Cancellations
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event in the case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled by us, you will receive the option of a full refund or credit for a future event.
8. Technical Issues and Digital Access
From time to time, though very rarely, there may be technical issues that affect access to digital bonuses, course enrollments, downloadable materials, or private community groups (such as Facebook). While we make every effort to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by inaccurate information provided at checkout, platform errors, or third-party issues.
If you believe you did not receive a digital item or access you were entitled to, you must contact us directly at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue. Please do not contact your bank or payment provider until you’ve given us the opportunity to address the situation.
